Greenroom is a software-as-a-service platform that helps users automate their LinkedIn outreach and networking activities while maintaining compliance with LinkedIn’s terms of service.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

  • Share or resell access to the service

5. LinkedIn Compliance

You acknowledge that:

  • Greenroom operates within LinkedIn’s published limits
  • You are responsible for ensuring your LinkedIn account remains in good standing
  • We cannot guarantee protection against LinkedIn restrictions or account limitations

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Subscription Fees

  • Fees are charged monthly or annually based on your selected plan
  • All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6.2 Free Trial

  • New users receive a 14-day free trial
  • No credit card required for trial activation
  • Trial automatically converts to paid subscription unless cancelled

7. Data and Privacy

7.1 Data Collection

  • Your LinkedIn data remains your property
  • We implement industry-standard security measures

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS
  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LINKEDIN ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS OR SUSPENSIONS

11. Termination

11.1 By You

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You may export your data before termination

11.2 By Us

  • We may terminate accounts for violation of these terms
  • We may discontinue the service with 30 days notice
  • We will provide data export options before termination

12. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these terms from time to time
  • Material changes will be communicated via email
  • Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
